Clinical Supervision

If you are a clinician looking to work with ADHD and/or Autistic clients, or are neurodivergent yourself and looking for specialized career support, you’ve come to the right place. I have experience providing clinical supervision to psychotherapists, social workers and coaches, and fully meet all CRPO criteria for a clinical supervisor.

As a supervisor, I provide feedback from two perspectives: as a clinician with 5+ years of experience working with ADHD and Autistic clients, and as a neurodivergent individual myself who is personally familiar with many of the challenges that comes with it. I will help you better understand and support your clients, as well as develop and grow your own clinical practice. Our work together may include:

• Case conceptualizations for individual clients

• Support on issues unique to this client population, as well as neurodivergent-friendly approaches to common challenges such as trauma, relationships, and anxiety

• Skills building (establishing rapport, handling difficult conversations, case notes, etc.)
