
The Think Different Approach
Think Different Therapy was started out of a belief that just because your brain works differently doesn’t mean you’re any less deserving of happiness, meaning, and success.
If you’re neurodivergent, you’ve probably spent many years trying to fight your own brain and force yourself to act “normal,” but find this never works in the long run. Or perhaps you have someone in your life who is neurodivergent, and are struggling meet their needs and your own. You may experience painful emotions, difficulty understanding yourself, and frustrating personal relationships. Navigating life can be overwhelming when you have ADHD and/or are Autistic, but we firmly believe there is hope, and we want you to feel hopeful as well.
