Expert support, from therapists who understand.

  • Being a teenager is hard, and being neurodivergent adds even more complexity to it. Neurodivergent teens may have trouble managing school, maintaining a social life, and finding stability at home and with their parents.

We do our best to learn from teens who they are, what matters to them most, and how they want to find independence. Our goal is to help teens sort through their issues, improve their home life, and better understand not only themselves, but their place in the world.

  • As a parent, you want your child to succeed and be happy, but you continually see them struggle. You may be experiencing your own frustration with them, and feel stuck in recurring issues .

We provide counselling to parents to help them better understand their children and meet their needs. We also support parents in getting their own needs met, and in reducing frustration and conflict at home. If you are neurodivergent yourself, we can help you balance your unique needs with your child’s.

  • Being an adult, you feel you’re expected to ‘have it all figured out,’ yet this never feels like the case. No matter your circumstances, neurodivergence in adulthood isn’t easy.

As therapists, we will help you better understand yourself and your needs, manage personal relationships, and succeed in school and/or work. Let us help you learn to work with your unique brain, and stop feeling like you’re fighting yourself.

  • Neurodivergence adds complexity to relationships. You have a lot of love for your partner, but they frustrate you often. You want to understand them, but never seem fully able to.

Whether you’re neurodivergent yourself, or partnered with someone who is, we can help bridge that gap. We provide non-judgmental support for all parties, help break down why and how conflicts arise in your relationship, and work to build deeper emotional connections between partners.

  • Family dynamics come with complex challenges; frustrating communication, struggling to be heard & understood, and the complex effects of stress, mistrust & trauma can all rupture family relationships.

In family therapy, we make sure everyone has a voice. We will support you in developing stronger family relationships, and, when necessary, setting appropriate boundaries to ensure your family is a safe habour for everyone involved.

  • ADHD and Autism are rapidly becoming more visible in society. If you are looking to work with this client population, or are neurodivergent yourself and want to grow your own clinical abilities, we can help. Follow this link to learn more about our approach to clinical supervision.
